Aqueous PDMS Emulsions

The EMULTROL PS series is characterized by its good surface wetting properties. The oil section is highly viscous and more efficient compared to a mold release agent and low viscosity silicone emulsions.

It is used for cast rubber parts (shoes, tires, mats, etc.), plastic parts, resin-bonded noise insulation mats and housing shapes for metal castings, lubricants and anti-creasing agents for conveyor belts. It is ideally suited as a release agent for high-temperature materials such as profiles and press brakes for offset printing machines, folding machines, etc. It serves as an additive in coatings and PPE where it improves slip properties. In addition, this product offers better mechanical resistance and abrasion resistance, it does not contain alkyl phenol ethoxilates (APEO’s).
