The Pearlcoat TPU product range is a special linear polyurethane that is mainly used in the hot melt coating process on textile substrates. Processing by extrusion, calendering and PVC compounding is also possible.

  • Special TPU granules based on polyester, polycaprolactone polyester, polyether and co-polyether
  • For the melt calender coatings, calender coating of textiles, such as conveyor belts, belts, tarpaulins, shoe and automotive textiles, etc.
  • In powder form for sintering and paste coating of textiles and nonwovens
