Pearlstick
TPUs for solvent-based adhesives
The Pearlstick range is a line of linear thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPUs) specifically designed for use as a raw material in the manufacture of solvent-based adhesives. Applications can be found in the automotive, furniture, shoe and technical industries.
Pearlstick TPUs are high-crystalline polymers. The chemical structure of the Pearlstick TPUs is characterized by a low proportion of hard segments. This results in exceptional end properties, such as high toughness and stress-strain force.
The low melting point allows easy application and low processing temperatures of Pearlstick TPU granules.
