Injection Moulding- and Extrusion

Thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU's) find their application by the production of innumerable products, produced by extrusion and injection moulding. A broadly based assortment of different chemical structured, with the latest and matured technology produced thermoplastic polyurethane granules occupy plastic application fields, mainly in the area between rubber and thermoplastics.

The advantageous processing characteristics will bring for the user a unique price-/performance ratio and will enable the developer of products, designer and manufacturer of tools a designing leeway for the TPU parts production.

The thermoplastic polyurethanes, delivered by us, are produced and based on polyester, polyester caprolactone, polyether and co polyether. These TPU's can be delivered in many different shore hardness and processing parameters.

Coloured TPU-compounds, special compounds, TPU-masterbatches for the self-colouration and additive masterbatches are indispensable special raw materials for injection moulding- and extrusion application.
